Pogo is looking for a part-time social media manager to help us build the foundation for our brand’s voice and tone. You will report to our Creative Director and work closely with the Organic Team to capitalize on and grow our organic presence / online community.
Specifically, you will:
- Help establish the strategy + creative roadmap for Pogo’s organic social media channels, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter
- Produce / manage campaigns from concept to delivery and be the on-camera face of Pogo
- Post at least once a day and keep the Pogo community engaged, across all our social channels
- Test different social media tools, trends, concepts and strategies to grow Pogo’s presence
- Define, benchmark and monitor social media metrics and KPIs
- Research and implement best practices, including for publishing guidelines, performance benchmarks and channel growth strategies
About you 👩‍🚀
- 1-2+ years managing a social platform (personal or for a business) and growing an organic presence (from scratch is preferred but not mandatory)
- Able to produce, edit, caption and post social media content
- Comfortable being on camera and interviewing people for “Person On The Street” style content
- Strong understanding of brand management and the fintech / rewards space
- Strong creative skills balanced by an analytical, methodical and detail-oriented approach
- Project management and planning skills, showcasing ability to meet project deadlines
- Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills (verbal and written)
